What If the Gun Fired Flowers?

The woman receives flowers emerging from the gun pointed at her. The scene reverses a threatening situation and imagines violence giving way to tenderness. Flowers emerging from a gun replace threat with delicacy. The image does not erase violence; it imagines what might take its place. Meaning changes with the viewer. The same situation can suggest courage, risk, hope, or doubt depending on each person's experience.
